I select my connections with care; if your message is doesn’t include all details or feel like a match, I may not respond. A proper inquiry includes your name & age, a brief introduction, and a request for a day/time/duration for a date.
Text messages are best if you are looking for a same-day inquiry.
Let’s arrange a rendezvous- steps
1) You introduce yourself and make a request; we set a day/time/duration for our visit.
2) I send you my deposit instructions/booking policy info and you provide the deposit. Your time is only saved once the deposit is received! Once I have accepted the deposit, I will send you a message thanking you, providing my building address, and stating that I will be in touch the day before our date to confirm and send the rest of my information. If you have any particular requests for me regarding the confirmation (ie. only text between the hours of 9am-5pm) this is the time to let me know!
3)The day before our date I will text you to confirm and once I hear back from you, I will send all of my remaining info (unit, buzzer #, parking info, etc…). It is essential that you reply or I will consider the date unconfirmed (and potentially cancelled).
4) Date day: you show up and we have a wonderful, sexy time.
Deposit & Cancellation Info & Policies
I do not book new clients without a deposit. I come in from quite a distance, and appointments booked without a deposit have a significantly higher no-show rate than those that have one. This is part of my booking process and if it doesn’t suit you, I am sure there are many providers out there who book without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as a credit for ONE rebooking within 8 weeks if you cancel within 48hr of your scheduled time. If I need to cancel for any reason, I will offer a full refund of your deposit (to be refunded within 24hrs) or can hold onto it for a future booking within the next 90 days.
The amount of deposit required will depend on the session you are booking. Once you make an inquiry and we set a date & time, I will let you know the deposit amount. Generally , I require deposits for each visit until I have built trust and rapport with you (3+ visits). I travel in from my acreage several hours out of Edmonton and don’t like my time being wasted .
Deposit Options
Deposit Option #1) E-transfers:
A discreet email address will be provided to you once we set a date and time. Do NOT send any e-transfers to my phone number or Helena gmail
Once sent, you can provide me with the password (an easy question like “City?” or “what color is the sky” does the trick if you’re stuck)
-DO NOT put anything in the notes section
-DO NOT enter the contact name as Helena.
Deposit Option #2) Pre-paid Visa or Mastercard (Joker, Vanilla, etc..)
This method leaves no paper trail if you are concerned about privacy. These cards are available in almost every store (Sobeys, Walmart, Shopper Drug Mart, etc). You will purchase the card in the amount of the deposit and then can send me via text or email a photo of the front and back of the card.
Deposit Option #3). Amazon gift-cards
These can be bought in stores (ie. Sobeys, Safeway, gas stations, etc..) and you can just take a picture of the card’s back (after scratching off the grey code cover with a coin) and send it to me via text or email. You can also send them digitally and anonymously if you have an Amazon.ca account. If you buy a card in the store, you’ll need to open the packaging and scratch off this grey area and sent the code beneath to me, for the card to be useful!
Late Cancellation (under 48hr)/No-show policy
If you cancel with 24-48hrs notice, your deposit is forfeited and I would expect you to pay for 50% of the session (less the forfeited deposit).
If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice, I would except to pay the full balance of the session as that would be good Karma!
